We are typically available for appointments Wednesday and/or Friday. We may have availability outside of these two days, please inquire. To request an appointment fill out the form below or contact us by text, email or phone with your name, an idea of your location or address, and a detailed message about your pet including age, estimated weight and a brief medical history. We understand sometimes the need to postpone, we ask that you please contact us 24 hours in advance if possible for cancellation. Please always leave us a voicemail or send us a text message, 360-746-9635 and we will confirm cancellation.
